Reset User Password

Learn how to reset a user's password

To reset a user's password:

  1. Go to Site Administration > Users.
  2. Select the user you require to open the user card.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. Enter the new password and re-enter it for confirmation.
  5. Click Change Password.
  6. Scroll down and click Save.

Users can also change their own passwords in AroFlo Office by going to Manage > Users and opening their own user card.



Force Reset Password

To force a user to change their password on their next login:

  1. Go to Site Administration > Users
  2. Tick Reset Password on next login against the required user
  3. Click Save.
