You can customise the appearance of AroFlo Office to suit your company branding or personal preference, by using themes.
Using multiple business units?
Themes are really useful if you have multiple business units as you can set a different theme for each business unit, making it easy to identify the business unit that you are working in.
Themes changes the colour of the top Menu bar, as well as the default button colour in AroFlo, while everything else uses either a ‘light’ or ‘dark’ mode.
Change the theme
- Go to Site Admin > Settings > General.
- Select Themes.
- To set a theme for AroFlo Office, click View/Select Theme under 'Office Theme'.
- Click a theme calendar to view its colour display. In the example below, clicking on 'Cupertino' has changed the default colour scheme to blue and white with orange accents.
- If you're happy with the theme selection, click Save Theme.
Select 'None' to set our default AroFlo theme.
Field Theme
Since our improvements to AroFlo Field, the use of different themes is no longer supported in AroFlo Field.
Updates to Themes - April 2024
We are shortly going to be reducing the number of themes available within AroFlo.
Why are we doing this?
This is to move towards a modern and consistent light or dark theme approach, and will help us be more efficient when developing new features.

What does this mean?
If you are currently using a theme which will no longer be supported, you will need to switch to a different theme using the above instructions. If you do not switch to a different theme before the cut-off date of 13th May 2024, AroFlo will switch over your theme for you:
