Reset a User Password in AroFlo Office

Learn how to reset a password from your user card

Users in the Management permission group can change their Password once logged into AroFlo by clicking on the Reset Password button on their user card, and any user can use the Forgot your password? option from the AroFlo login prompt.

 

Reset your Password from user card

  1. Go to Manage > Users and click on your name to open your user card.
  2. Click Reset Password.
  1. Enter the current password and then a new password, and confirm the new password and click Change Password.

Password complexity

AroFlo passwords must be at least 8 characters with 1 number, 1 letter, and 1 special character.

 
 

Resetting another user's password is an administration function that requires access to Site Admin. Please contact your Site Administrator for assistance.
