Updated on April 2nd, 2024

If you're unable to transfer data to your accounting package (cloud integrations only), it may be due to an expired or invalid company authorisation token located within the Integration menu.

Using Xero?

If you're using Xero as your accounting package, please refer to our dedicated Xero page: Re-authorise Xero Company File.

To re-authorise a company authorisation token:

  1. Go to Site Administration > Integration.
  2. Click the Integration Entities tab.
  3. Under Company Authorisation, click Authorise a different Company File

    Multiple Organisations
MYOB ARL allows for multiple organisations. To authorise a different organisation, click Edit and select it in the Organisation Selected dropdown.

  4. Sign in to your accounting package.
  5. Follow the prompts and Allow Access to your company file.

If you have multiple company files or a new company file, you will need to select the relevant company file and click Save.

  6. If successful, the 'Token Created' date will now show today's date.
