If you're unable to transfer data to Xero, it may be due to an expired or invalid company authorisation token located within the Integration menu.

To re-authorise a company authorisation token:

  1. Go to Site Administration > Integration.
  2. Click the Integration Entities tab.
  3. Under Xero Company Authorisation, click Revoke Access Token for this Integration Entity and confirm
  4. Click Authorise a Xero Company File.
  5. Log in to Xero and follow the prompts and Allow Access.

If you have a new Xero Organisation, select it here before allowing access.

  6. If successful, the 'Token Created' date will now show today's date and the organisation from Xero will display in the Organisation Selected dropdown.
