If you're unable to transfer data to Xero, it may be due to an expired or invalid company authorization token located within the Integration menu.

To re-authorize a company authorization token:

  1. Go to Site Administration > Integration.
  2. Click the Integration Entities tab.
  3. Under Xero Company Authorization, click Revoke Access Token for this Integration Entity and confirm
  4. Click Authorize a Xero Company File.
  5. Log in to Xero and follow the prompts and Allow Access.

If you have a new Xero Organization, select it here before allowing access.

  6. If successful, the 'Token Created' date will now show today's date and the organization from Xero will display in the Organization Selected dropdown.
