The table below provides an overview of the site admin settings that control the behavior of timesheets.

AroFlo comes with a range of pre-built overheads and work types for you to use straight away, or a site administrator can add more for you.

Setting Description
Overheads Overheads are used to define various non-productive time and timesheet expense allocations.
Work Types Work types are used to set up the labor rates that your business uses for quoting, invoicing and payroll.
Weekly Timesheet Select the day in which a weekly timesheet starts, e.g. Monday. This should also correspond with your weekly payroll start date.
Use Weekly Timesheet Signatures Check this option to allow employee signatures on weekly timesheets and locking of timesheets to prevent changes.
Hours of Work Set your company's standard working hours and automate staff timesheet entries based on custom conditions.
