Timesheet Settings - Overview

Learn about the settings that control the behaviour of timesheets

Updated on November 8th, 2023

The table below provides an overview of the site admin settings that control the behaviour of timesheets.

AroFlo comes with a range of pre-built overheads and work types for you to use straight away, or a site administrator can add more for you.

Click the blue links on the left to access full instructions for each setting.

Overheads are used to define various non-productive time and timesheet expense allocations.

Work Types

Work types are used to set up the labour rates that your business uses for quoting, invoicing and payroll.

Weekly Timesheet

Select the day in which a weekly timesheet starts, e.g. Monday. This should also correspond with your weekly payroll start date.

Use Weekly Timesheet Signatures

Check this option to allow employee signatures on weekly timesheets and locking of timesheets to prevent changes.

Hours of Work

Set your company's standard working hours and automate staff timesheet entries based on custom conditions.
