Delete a Request for Quote

Learn how to delete a Request for Quote

Updated on July 5th, 2024

Requests for Quote can only be deleted in the In Progress and Pending Approval statuses, and if there are no items on them. If a Request for Quote contains items, you will first need to remove all of them and save before you can delete the request.

You cannot delete a Request for Quote in the Processed status, i.e. once it has been approved and Purchase/Work Orders have been generated.

  1. Open the RFQ.
  2. Click the (red trash can) to delete each line item.

    Select multiple items

Alternatively, use the Multi-Delete button to quickly select multiple items. The (red trash cans) will turn into checkboxes so you can select which items to delete. Save to apply your changes.
