Tracking Centres - Overview

Learn how tracking centres are used in AroFlo Office

Tracking centres are used for categorising or grouping labour, materials, freight and / or expense items for reporting purposes. Once set up, tracking centres are automatically assigned to items on a quote, purchase order, task and / or invoice to enable flexible and refined reporting on different areas of your jobs, projects or across your entire business.

Tracking centres can be used to categorise items in:

  • Task / Project costs
  • Purchase Orders
  • Invoices
  • Credit notes
  • Inventory
  • Users
  • Timesheets
  • Expenses

Tracking centres are set up in Site Admin - see Tracking Centres. Users in the Management permission group can view tracking centres on items in both AroFlo Office and Field. Tracking centre information is not visible to the pre-built Supervisor or Worker groups.
