Document Creation Requests

Learn how to submit a request to create a document for use in AroFlo

AroFlo provides powerful layout and formatting options for your quotes, invoices, worksheets and compliance forms.

While we encourage all our clients to learn how to create professional-looking documents in AroFlo, we understand that sometimes, it's just easier to have the work done for you. We're happy to help, and below is some information about what's involved in having us create your document layouts and compliance forms for you.

By learning to work with layouts and forms, you'll have the flexibility to make adjustments whenever you need to. A good approach might be to have us do the initial set-up, and then let us hand over to you for any tweaks or changes you need to make down the track.

Create a Support Request

Send us a support request containing the following information:

  • Details of your request (see example below)
  • Copies of your existing documents
  • A completed AroFlo Document Request form (download and save to complete).

 

Pay the invoice

Once we've received your request, we'll assess how much work is involved and send you an invoice. The invoice price will include the initial work of creating the requested layout or form, plus ONE round of revision.

Review your new documents

We'll create the documents you've requested, based on the information you've given us, and will carefully check our work before sending it to you for review.

Your role in the review
When you receive the documents, please compare them with the request you sent us and let us know if we've missed anything.

We can accept requests for minor changes to the work, for example: the addition or removal of a field or two; moving your logo from one side of the header to the other. Any request for major changes, however, for example: a request to switch to a completely different layout, will be treated as a new request.

 

After the review, we'll make any changes agreed on and then upload the documents to your AroFlo site.
