What happens now?
You’ll receive an email from us saying we've received your cancellation request. Once your request has been reviewed, you’ll receive another email with details of your remaining access period, or any outstanding actions required from you to process your cancellation.
As per our Terms of Service, your cancellation will come into effect 30 days from the date you sent us your cancellation support request. This gives you time to export any data you want to keep. If you would like to cancel your subscription immediately, please specify this in your request.
Once your cancellation is in effect, you will no longer be able to log into AroFlo.
What happens to my data?
When you cancel your subscription, we store your data for 180 days from the date of your cancellation. If you choose to come back to AroFlo, you’ll regain access to your site and data as it was before you cancelled. After 180 days, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, even if you choose to return to AroFlo. This includes but is not limited to all your stored client information, jobs, invoices, document storage documents, generated PDFs, and business unit data.
AroFlo will retain limited data in our system about your business in order to satisfy mandatory government retention periods.
