To get you started with RTF templates, we have pre-built some Invoice and Quote templates, using the standard layouts available from AroFlo.
Standard layouts
Click on the layout names to preview each layout. Then, download the RTF document to your computer and further customise it. If you need something a little more complex, the Example Layouts section has pre-built quote layouts including elements like terms and conditions pages and image tables. It is also recommended you read RTF Document Templates before attempting this yourself.
Don't need something too complex? You can always use a simpler Sample Custom Layout to start with a nice-looking layout in a few easy steps.
| RTF templates can be used with online invoices and quotes but it is not currently possible to display these through the portal. Clients can download the PDF version of their invoice or quote through their online link and will be able to see the layout based on your RTF that way using the Download PDF button. |  |
