Occasionally there are system issues that affect some AroFlo users. For example, an external provider may have an issue that affects part of AroFlo.

When this happens, we follow an internal process to assess the impact of the issue and, where possible, take urgent steps to mitigate it. We also communicate with users by a number of means:

  • If we know which users are affected, we call or email them to explain what's happening and what we're doing about it.
  • If we can't be sure which users are affected, we publish a System Status message on our AroFlo System Status page: status.aroflo.com.

 

When everything's working...

When everything's working as it should, the AroFlo System Status page looks like this:

If you see the All systems are go status as shown above but you believe there's a problem we need to know about, please click the Please let us know link to access our phone and email contact details.
 

When there's an identified problem...

If we've become aware of a problem that's affecting an unknown number of users, the AroFlo System Status page will look like this:

You can click Get Updates via Email and sign up for email alerts so that if we post an update message to the AroFlo System Status page, you'll receive an email alert.
