FAQ
How does it work?
Offline Mode lets you choose existing tasks to make available offline. This means you'll store a copy of the task to your own device which you can view while offline, and then once back in service, your changes are merged back into the existing, live task.
Can I view and record information to sync to original tasks?
In phase 1 of Offline Mode, you will only be able to view certain information for existing tasks. In future phases, you will be able to record information like task notes and labour and then sync them to the task when back online.
