To save you having to manually enter details using text labels, use data elements on your layout to pull information out of AroFlo and display it on your layout, for example, information found on the client card for the specific quote you're emailing. Use the Data tab to insert information relevant to your task, quote, invoice, etc (such as a client name or address):
Use the Tables tab to insert pre-built groupings that can contain both static and dynamic data. |

Finding elements
Data
Click the relevant category on the left (e.g. Quote Details, Invoice Details) to expand the section. Simply click the name of the element you need to add it to your layout.
Alternatively, use the search box
at the top to quickly find the data elements you need. A counter appears beside each category and expands the list of elements (see above screenshot). Click a category if you want to collapse it.
Using the filter
When finding the element you need, you can use the filter
to select only the categories you want to display. This can be used in conjunction with the search box
.

Tables
Simply click the name of the table you need to add it to your layout.
Alternatively, use the search box
at the top to quickly find the table you need.

- When adding new data elements to a layout, it is good practice to preview the layout to ensure the correct information is displayed.
- If you want to add custom fields to your layouts, you can either start typing the name of the custom field and click the relevant section (e.g. ‘Task Details’) to display results, or you can start typing ‘CF’ in the search and applicable ones will display in the corresponding section. You'll see CF in brackets beside each one, along with a suffix, if applicable, e.g. task custom fields simply say CF, whereas asset custom fields say CF-AS, location custom fields say CF-LOC, etc.
