If you need to email a large group or all of your clients at once, you can easily download a list of client email addresses from AroFlo.

1. From the main menu, click Reports.
2. Click Clients and select the Client Details report. The report runs.
   

   The Client Details report contains the

   - Client's company name, ABN, street and mailing addresses
   - Primary contact's first name, surname, position, mobile and landline numbers, and their email address.

    
3. Export the report in either .CSV or .XLS format, using the icons on the lower right of the report.
   

You can then sort the report as needed to extract only the information you need for your email marketing tool, e.g. MailChimp, MailerLite. Some email marketing platforms offer free subscriptions for clients with smaller mailing lists.
