Document and Photo Settings - overview

The table below provides an overview of the site admin settings that control the behaviour of document uploads in AroFlo Office and Field.

Click the blue links on the left to access full instructions for configuring each setting.

Setting	Description
Default Document Upload Filter	Set the default visibility of documents and photos uploaded to AroFlo. Internal Only Internal Admin Only Internal Admin and Manager Only Show Client Show Contractor Show All Other areas If you want documents and photos uploaded to Compliance Forms to use a different default setting, use the Default Compliance Document Upload Filter setting found in Compliance Settings. Individual Suppliers and Contractors can also use a different Default Document Upload Filter. See Edit Supplier Details and Edit Contractor Details.
Default Image Upload Resolution (field)	Set the default image size for photos uploaded to AroFlo ('Original' is set by default). Uploading images from Field may impact your mobile data plan.

Other areas

If you want documents and photos uploaded to Compliance Forms to use a different default setting, use the Default Compliance Document Upload Filter setting found in Compliance Settings.
Individual Suppliers and Contractors can also use a different Default Document Upload Filter. See Edit Supplier Details and Edit Contractor Details.
