Reset your Password

Any user can change their Password once logged into AroFlo by clicking on the Reset Password button on their user card.

Enter the current password and then a new password, as well as confirming the new password and click Change Password.


Resetting another user's password is an administration function that requires access to Site Admin. Please contact your Site Administrator for assistance.


To reset a user's password:

  1. Go to Site Administration > Users
  2. Select the user you require
  3. Click Reset Password
  4. Enter the new password and re-enter it for confirmation
  5. Click Change Password
  6. Scroll down and click Save

Users can also change their own passwords in the Office interface by going to Manage > Users and opening their own user card.

Force Reset Password

To force a user to change their password on their next log in:

  1. Go to Site Administration > Users
  2. Tick Reset Password on next login against the required user
  3. Click Save.
