Limits on Role-based Addresses
Role-based email addresses cannot be used to sign up for our newsletter. These are typically company addresses defined by a job rather than a person (e.g. admin@companyname.com and support@companyname.com).
These types of addresses are associated with high bounce rates and spam complaints, so our mail service blocks them.
