Using the barcode scanner on your device, you can quickly and easily add materials from inventory on to a Quote, Task, Purchase Order or Invoice.

Scan materials onto a task

To add a new item to inventory via barcode scanning, you must be in the Field interface.

  1. Create or open an existing task.
  2. Tap Material (top centre of screen).
  3. Tap Search.
  4. Tap Scan Barcode (the pic2shop app will open).



  5. Follow the directions and scan the barcode with your device.
  6. Enter the quantity used.
  7. Tap Save.

 

Scan materials onto a quote

  1. Create or open an existing quote.
  2. Scroll down to Details, tap View/Edit Quote Items.



  3. Tap Search.
  4. Follow steps 4 - 7 above.

 

Scan materials onto a purchase order

  1. Create or open an existing purchase order.
  2. Scroll down (mid-way) and tap Search.



  3. Follow steps 4 - 7 above.

 

Scan materials onto an invoice

  1. Create or open an existing invoice.
  2. Scroll down to Details, tap View/Edit Invoice Items.


  3. Tap Std Mat (top centre of screen).
  4. Tap Search.

  5. Follow steps 4 - 7 above.
