A payment gateway is used to facilitate online processing of debit and credit card payments via a third-party e-commerce service provider. AroFlo currently integrates with several popular payment gateways which you can easily sign up to and configure via AroFlo's Site Administration.

When AroFlo is connected to a payment gateway, it effectively turns any mobile device into a fast, secure, and convenient card processor that allows your field staff to process payments on the spot. 

Connecting AroFlo to a payment gateway is an administration function that requires access to Site Administration. For more information, see Payment Gateways.

To process a card payment on your mobile device:

  1. From the invoice, scroll down to the Payments section.
  2. Tap Add/View Payments.
  3. Tap Add Payment.
  4. Select a credit card (ie: MasterCard, Visa) from the Payment Method drop-down list.

  5. Adjust the payment amount if required.

    Surcharge amounts will automatically appear for payment methods that have been set up with surcharges in Site Administration. Please contact your Site Administrator for assistance. For more information, see Payment Methods and Surcharges.

  6. Enter notes (optional).
  7. Select a Payment Gateway.
  8. Enter the name on card, credit card number, CVV and expiry date.



  9. Tap Save.

View payment gateway receipt

When the transaction is processed, you will see 'Successful Purchase' at the top of the screen. Failed transactions will show 'Unable to process the purchase transaction'. You will need to correct the details before trying again.

To view the payment gateway receipt, click on the payment record.
