 Learn about AroFlo Office and Field

AroFlo is a cloud-based application and as such can be accessed from anywhere that has internet access. There are two interfaces used by the AroFlo system which are used to control different aspects of the process: Office and Field.

The Office Interface Office is used by administration, invoicing or scheduling staff to control and manage remote field staff. Office staff can log into this interface to:

  • Create new Tasks
  • Validate and Invoice completed tasks
  • Maintain a Client and Supplier base.
  • Create and validate Purchase Orders
  • Report on Job and Staff Productivity

The Field Interface is used by field workers to log and manage their tasks. This will be the primary interface that your field staff will use to complete their daily tasks. Field staff can log into this interface to:

  • View daily job requirements
  • Track time and material expenses against individual jobs.
  • Mark Jobs as completed and ready for invoicing.

To access AroFlo's Field interface:

  1. Open the browser on your mobile device.
  2. Enter  into the address bar at the top of the screen.
  3. Enter your Username and Password.

    Remember Login Details

    AroFlo Field will remember your username and password if you tick the Remember Login Details option before you log in.

    If another user had previously logged into AroFlo on the device you are using and selected this option, their login details will already be pre-filled. To enter your own details, click Not you? Change User below the password field.

  4. Click Login.


    Some themes may be difficult to see on certain devices, especially in harsh lighting. Your Site Administrator can change the theme for Field, however it will affect all Field users.

Forgot your password?

If you forget your password or you want to request a new one, click Forgot your password?

AroFlo will send you an email containing a link with which you can reset your password.

If you don't see the Forgot your password? link, please contact your Site Administrator.

reCAPTCHA test

If incorrect login details are entered, you may be asked to complete a ReCAPTCHA test. This is a security feature to protect your AroFlo site from attacks by malicious software (e.g. bots).

ReCAPTCHA will appear on the login screen if:

  • an individual user has made 3 unsuccessful attempts to log in
  • any number of users with the same IP address have collectively made 10 unsuccessful attempts to log in.

To complete the ReCAPTCHA test, tap the checkbox beside I'm not a robot. You may need to answer a short pictorial quiz or enter a code that ReCAPTCHA will provide.

Your task list

The default landing page is generally set to display the tasks that have been scheduled to you in the calendar.

The tasks highlighted in yellow are the tasks you've been scheduled to work on today. Tap a task to view or update the task details.

Change default landing page

Default landing pages are unique to each user. There are a range of other options available - please contact your Site Administrator. For more information, see Default Field Landing Page.


Allows you to search for tasks by Task name, Ref No, Job number, Cust ON, Description, Location or Cust Field.

Filter By

Allows you to access other task list views ie: Open, Closed, My Tasks, All, Due Date, Priority, Scheduled, PickList, Projects or Nearest (GPS) / (Address).

All / Week / Day / DefaultAllows you to filter your scheduled task list by day, week, or show all open tasks.
Event TypesAllows you to filter tasks by event types ie: task schedules, task timesheets, overheads, ad hoc events or periodics.

Field menu

To access the Field menu, tap (Menu icon).

The functions that you're permitted to access will be displayed in the grid menu. These may include:

Access another business unit

If your AroFlo site has multiple business units and you have the appropriate permissions, you can select a different business unit by tapping the drop-down arrow located at the top of the menu.

To log out of AroFlo field, tap (logout button) located at the bottom of the grid.
