The table below provides an overview of the site admin settings that control the behaviour of timesheets.

Click the blue links on the left to access full instructions for each setting.

OverheadsOverheads are used to define various non-productive time and timesheet expense allocations.
Work TypesWork types are used to set up the labour rates that your business uses for quoting, invoicing and payroll.
Weekly Timesheet

Select the day in which a weekly timesheet starts, e.g. Monday. This should also correspond with your weekly payroll start date.

Use Weekly Timesheet SignaturesCheck this option to allow employee signatures on weekly timesheets and locking of timesheets to prevent changes.
Hours of WorkSet your company's standard working hours and automate staff timesheet entries based on custom conditions.
