Problem

-902 : Payment Method does not Exist in Quickbooks !

Solution

The payment methods with the Integration Link are mapped by name, so the AroFlo payment method (e.g. Direct Debit) must match exactly with a Quickbooks/Reckon payment method.

In order to fix this issue you need to ensure the payment method you are using in AroFlo, exists also in Quickbooks / Reckon
  1. Open Quickbooks/Reckon Accounts
  2. Navigate to Lists > Customer & Supplier Profile Lists > Payment Method List
  3. Add corresponding payment method being used in AroFlo, matching exactly.
