Changes to AroFlo pricing structure (October 2022)

An AroFlo price increase is coming up in October this year for some of our customers. Other customers saw a price increase earlier in the year.

Our user pricing tiers will be increased to the following amounts (for Active Users, excluding GST):

Tier 1 (your first 20 users)
$55 AUD p/user

Tier 2 (your next 30 users)
$40 AUD p/user

Tier 3 (all users 51+)
$30 AUD p/user

When will this change occur?

The increase will occur from October 1st 2022, and you will see this increase on your November 2022 invoice.


Why is our price changing?

  • We will occasionally need to increase our prices to make further investment in the software and services.
  • We aim to make smaller, annual changes and avoid the need for larger increases every few years.

But I've already had an increase this year?

  • If you had a price increase earlier in the year, it's very unlikely you'll be getting one again now.
  • If that's the case we will ensure you're excluded from this increase and your price is locked in for at least 12 months.

Note that all other AroFlo products, integrations and services won't be impacted by this increase.


Changes to AroFlo pricing structure (January 2022)

We are making some adjustments to our pricing structure. Our new pricing tiers will help our customers to grow using AroFlo, by making the platform more cost effective as their team size increases.


The new pricing tiers are as follows;

  • Teams of 3-20 users will pay $50 +GST p/user
  • Teams with 21-50 users will pay $30 +GST p/additional user
  • Teams with 51+ users will pay $20 +GST p/additional user


Here’s a few examples to help simplify things further and to show you how AroFlo is designed for growing businesses.

Example #1

If your business has 25 staff using AroFlo, you will pay $50 p/user for the first 20 users, and the next 5 users will cost $30 p/user. This would mean your overall cost would be $1,150 p/month, with an average user price of $46.

Example #2

If your business has 78 staff using AroFlo, you will pay $50 p/user for the first 20 users, $30 p/user for the next 30 users and $20 p/user for the final 28 users. This would mean your overall cost would be $2460 p/month, with an average user price of $31.50

Example #3

If your business currently has 5 staff using AroFlo, you will pay $50 p/user. Your price per user will not decrease until you reach your 21st user, with that additional user costing $30.

It’s important to remember that this is an adjustment to our pricing structure, not an increase in user pricing. We are also removing our existing 6th user and 27-50th user free promotions. We are no longer offering free users.
