The Search / Stock Activity tab provides two views, Inventory List and Stock Activity, for the purpose of:
Searching for inventory items.
Updating item pricing and stock levels.
Monitoring stock activity and holders.
Moving stock between users/holders.
The Inventory List view displays item details including current stock levels and pricing information. Pricing and stock levels for users/custom holders can easily be updated from this view.
Go to Manage> Inventory.
Enable Search and enter a part number, item name, identifier or manufacturer.
Filter categories or inventory items
If you only want to see items for a particular category or a certain list of items, you can use the filter options in the middle and right of the page. Click either Select Categories or Select Items to add these filters.
Click All Users/Holders or Select Users Holder to choose a specific stock location/s.
Click a user/holder (ie: business unit, user or custom holder shown in the middle of the screen) to display the inventory list for that user/holder.
The part number of the item from the inventory card.
The item name or description from the inventory card.
A secondary identifier such as a storage location number from the inventory card.
Shows the total items assigned to users/custom holders.
Shows the total items in stock.
Shows the total items in stock for the current BU, it's children and associated stock locations.
Shows the total items in stock for all stock locations.
Item unit cost value (excluding GST) from the inventory card.
